About the company behind Tenderrizer
Built in Cyberjaya by a company that bids for work itself.
Tenderrizer is designed, built and run by Consoci8 Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian software house. It was proven on one of Consoci8's own bids: a Malaysian government-linked tender, answered with 23 reviewed documents in an afternoon.
01 Consoci8
Four founders who wanted to build their own products.
Consoci8 was incorporated in February 2008 by four entrepreneurs who set out to develop their own products and solutions rather than work on other people's ideas. From the MSC Malaysia Technology Commercialisation Centre in Cyberjaya, the company has built web applications and business systems for private and public sector clients, with particular strength in Ruby on Rails, Drupal and CiviCRM, social platforms and ERP.
Bidding for public-sector work is part of that business, and so is the paperwork that comes with it. Tenderrizer is the product that came out of it: a system that does the reading, the cross-checking and the form filling, so the people who know the work can spend their time on the parts only they can write.

02 What we hold to
The rules Tenderrizer is built on.
They are the reasons for most of the product's design decisions, and they are the ones a bidder would want from anyone preparing their documents.
People sign. The machine prepares.
Every submission is the company's own, reviewed and approved by its people. Tenderrizer does the reading, the drafting and the checking; it never submits anything on anyone's behalf.
A fact nobody confirmed is not a fact.
Names, numbers, dates and prices come from the company's profile and the tender. What is not there is marked NEEDS INPUT and asked for, never made up.
The issuer's format is the format.
Forms are filled in place, with their layout and wording untouched, and every document keeps to the instructions the issuer gave.
Every country has its own rules.
Registrations, local content, tax identifiers and the documents a tender expects differ from one country to the next. Tenderrizer keeps that knowledge, country by country, and reads it before it plans a bid.
Your documents are yours.
Each company's data is kept apart from every other's, is never used to train models, and stays under the company's control.
03 Where it works
Made in Malaysia, for tenders anywhere.
Malaysian tenders mix Malay instructions with English schedules; Gulf tenders mix Arabic and English. Tenderrizer was built for that from the start: it answers each section in the language of the part it responds to, runs in nine interface languages, and keeps knowledge of 51 countries' procurement rules.
